Our lead counsel and consultant, Lynn Franklin, has provided legal services to Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, government entities and agencies, educational institutions, civic organizations and private individuals during her 20+ years of practice.  Lynn has also published numerous articles on various legal topics, created and presented seminars to professional organizations, and acted as a guest lecturer in employment law.

Prior to and while practicing with Florida Counsel and Consulting, Inc., Lynn worked with some of the nation's premier law firms and provided legal services for companies in the retail, hospitality, publishing, entertainment and health care sectors, among others.  In the field of human resources, Lynn has received SHRM certification as a Senior Certified Professional.  

After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in the top 5% of her class, Lynn served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Employment Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General, State of Florida.  Lynn is admitted to practice before Florida courts, and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
